Dawsons Removals responded to my initial inquiry in a very timely manner. They continued with great customer service and were happy to help with all our concerns. As we haven't actually completed our move with this company at this point, I am unable to comment on "the move" itself.

Friendly and efficient service by Jeff and his team. Minor problem with the removal but handled promptly by Manager Scott. Happy to recommend About Town -Senior and Defence discounts a big plus.

Melbourne to Cairns. Until I used Twin Cities Removals I always dreaded moving, it seemed like every time it was time to move I ended up with some 2 bit company that couldn't care less about me, my furniture or my needs. It was always about them, how they could cut corners and rip you off. I stumbled across Twin Cities Removals whilst looking for another removal company for my next move. I read their reviews and although they had 1 or 2 not so good reviews I thought I'd give them a go because of all the great reviews they'd received. I'm so glad I did because it was the best experience I've ever had moving, seriously... The ladies in the office were amazing, the guys that came and did my move were exceptional, funny and couldn't do more for me, nothing was a problem at all. Les, Ash are awesome guys. I will not only recommend them to everyone but I am an absolute fan of Twin Cities Removals and will never use anyone else ever again. 10/10 guys & gals brilliant!!!
