Does BJ's Express Moving & Storage have storage and can I access my storage?

Yes, we do provide storage solutions for all short and long term storage needs. You may access your storage during business hours only. You must also phone before arrival so we can have your container down and ready for you. Please note, once your goods have been packed into a container you may not be able to reach the items you are after.

What payment methods does BJ's Express Moving & Storage accept?

Payment is required on completion of removal (local only) via cash or EFTPOS. We accept Visa or Mastercard. For intrastate removals, full payment is required before the delivery of goods.

Can I pack my own boxes at BJ's Express Moving & Storage?

Yes, you can pack your own boxes. Some of our clients choose to pack clothes, books and linen only and leave the fragile items to us. However, any breakages in boxes packed by a client are the client's responsibility.

How long can I store my goods at BJ's Express Moving & Storage?

BJ’s Express can store your goods for as long as you wish, starting from just overnight.

Just had BJs to uplift ,store and download us from our Unit to our lovely Federation Cottage. Aaron, Boyd and Ty were so professional and thorough when moving us out and then back in again. They are light-hearted guys who enjoyed the banter with us as they worked. They took such good care of our belongings and we would recommend BJs to everybody if you need a move big or small . Would also like to mention Angie in the office is a gem and so helpful along the way. We have already recommended BJs to the lady who purchased our unit. Steven and his co-worker were quick and efficient, and accommodating, as the agent (Rental Managers) didn’t have the keys ready for us, and the guys delivered very early the next day to help us out. Their office manager couldn’t have been more helpful either. Friendly and professional, I would use them again for sure and recommend them so highly. Ask for Steven and his co-worker.

Last minute booking, the guys arrived on time, were friendly and experienced. Knocked my move over in just over two hours. Sorry the table was the weight of a tree ; Would not hesitate to recommend. 10/10 service

Got the boys into move a very heavy running machine. They were great workers, wouldn't let me help at all, insisted that they do all the work. Very friendly, efficient and strong. I would highly recommend this company to do removalist work for your home or office.

The team at BJ'S are super friendly, professional and happy to help. The men on the day worked like machines and just kept going and going. They never stopped or complained about the heavy items we had that they had to move for us. The business side of dealing with bookings were great too. I booked at short notice within a week of moving. Even when we changed details along the way, nothing was a drama and they were happy to help and answer any questions. Trust me these guys are great and worth every cent and made my moving day a breeze. Plus they were way more inexpensive as the other quotes that I received and their professionalism was top shift. Well done to the entire team and thanks.

Highly reccomend this awesome team, you would be crazy not to use them on your next move. Friendly and efficient service on first point of contact, and the boys on the truck were quick, careful and loved a bit of fun banter. Was really looked after by these guys, and no charge until they reach your home- a big change from most removal companies in Townsville. The team at BJ’s were so accomodating, 5 stars all around! Yes, clothing and goods are best packed into separate cartons. Not only will the furniture be heavier when full, but the weight of the clothing may damage the draws when moving.
