Great service, once again. I rang them about 2 pm regarding toilet repair and was informed they would ring back in an hour to schedule a time for the next day. Erica rang me back at 3pm with great news they could come the same day. 4pm the toilet was fixed. How good a service was that. This is not the 1st time we have had prompt service, so it shows how reliable and professional they are.

Rang these guys around lunchtime on Friday and they were at our place in rural area by 3.45 to fix the split at the bottom of my water tank. They did an amazing job and such great people. I would highly recommend Trademark Plumbing for any polywelding job. And even though it was late on Friday afternoon they did not rush the job and made sure it was well done before they left. The work was done well, and quickly. The guys who came were good, and the initial quote reasonable. Work was for an outdoor outlet to be replaced, the guys let me know it wasn't a standard outlet so to replace it would be costly, so opted to stick with the standard one they brought (and quoted). However on the second call I was told I'd need two installed, side by side. When I asked how much extra I was told only the cost of the extra outlet. I received the bill and it had extra labour tacked on bringing it to over $200 labour for less then an hours work. They're rates are $130.62 an hour, but fter a number of emails and phone calls they're only response to the additional labour charge was because there was additional work. We won't be using them again because of this.
