The work was done well, and quickly. The guys who came were good, and the initial quote reasonable. Work was for an outdoor outlet to be replaced, the guys let me know it wasn't a standard outlet so to replace it would be costly, so opted to stick with the standard one they brought (and quoted). However on the second call I was told I'd need two installed, side by side. When I asked how much extra I was told only the cost of the extra outlet. I received the bill and it had extra labour tacked on bringing it to over $200 labour for less then an hours work. They're rates are $130.62 an hour, but fter a number of emails and phone calls they're only response to the additional labour charge was because there was additional work. We won't be using them again because of this.

Dan was very very helpful and provided prompt and excellent service when we were having issues with our cooktop. Dan went out of his way to help me sort out the issues we were having. Thank you so much for all your help Dan.
