Overall it was a positive operative experience. Friendly staff, informative anaesthetist, pain free procedure. The only hiccup was not being notified of admission time. I did miss a phone call, no answer on return call despite staying on hold for about 30 mins. No message or email made travelling from the coast stressful, lots more phone attempts, we arrived in ACT 4hours early.

I cannot speak more highly of Dr Joe Lau. His attention and care throughout my knee replacement journey was outstanding. I would highly recommend him. My recovery from my second knee surgery was half the time of my first knee which was NOT done by Dr Lau. Thank you Joe. Annette Neale
