Welcome My name is Bella. I am here to support people to transform and heal themselves at the core level – identity. I help people change repetitive patterns, reprogram the subconscious mind, and break free from self-sabotage, perfectionism, playing small, self-doubt and the debilitating effects of anxiety and childhood trauma. I work holistically – with mind, body and spirit, guiding you to heal old wounds, change limiting beliefs, move past your inner glass ceiling, and move towards your destiny – being led by your higher self and your heart. I work with compassion, welcoming all parts of you and guiding you to the presence of each part, which creates inner alchemy that will help you transform in very real ways, gradually and authentically. This happens as you are ready because each person is unique with many parts, different levels of inner resources, resilience and different experiences that shaped them.

Bella has over 14 years experience massaging. She is heart-centred and intuitive, and works on your body thoroughly, with full presence. Bella is passionate about holistic healing - being a massage therapist, holistic counsellor, coach/guide and energy healer. Bella is trauma-informed and offers a safe healing space where your body can fully relax, and you can feel rejuvenated and blissful.
