Welcome My name is Bella. I am here to support people to transform and heal themselves at the core level – identity. I help people change repetitive patterns, reprogram the subconscious mind, and break free from self-sabotage, perfectionism, playing small, self-doubt and the debilitating effects of anxiety and childhood trauma. I work holistically – with mind, body and spirit, guiding you to heal old wounds, change limiting beliefs, move past your inner glass ceiling, and move towards your destiny – being led by your higher self and your heart. How does Massage Therapy work?
Mechanoreceptors are sensory neurons that respond to mechanical stimuli such as touch and pressure and are located within joint capsular tissues, ligaments, tendons, muscle, fascia and skin. Skilfully stimulating these mechanoreceptors using different pressures and techniques sends messages to the central nervous system (the spinal cord and then to the brain).
