You will be invited to share your story without judgement and release any unresolved trauma stored in the body, finishing with some gently nourishing reiki to support the body's energetic re-alignment. Fearless birth sessions are specialised one to one sessions designed to support women to release the fear of birth. Jess is passionate about helping women access their innate birthing wisdom to facilitate a natural birth. These sessions include somatic exercises to identify and release conscious and unconscious fears, self-compassion practices, psycho-education and yogic practices to build a deep sense of internal trust.
