Beachside Yoga & MassageI have been seeing Tamika regularly over the last couple of years. I always come away feeling very relaxed as she manages to release so much tension in all parts of the body. I particularly like the style of massage as it encorperates a nice flow as well as targeting pressure points. I have also seen Tamika throughout my pregnancies and have found her massage to be particularly great during this time. I can highly recommend her!
