I was so nervous to reach out and have my laser treatment and Nicole was so approachable and helpful, responding to my emails in such a beautiful gentle and reassuring way. Nicole was as the first point of contact and front counter person. I went and saw Sue today for laser hair removal treatment and I wanted to personally thank you Sue for being so supportive for me.
