I was so nervous to reach out and have my laser treatment and Nicole was so approachable and helpful, responding to my emails in such a beautiful gentle and reassuring way. Nicole was as the first point of contact and front counter person. Honestly the way that Nicole reached out to me when I was trying to discover if Frangipani was a trans friendly Beauty Spa was totally supportive. I went and saw Sue today for laser hair removal treatment and I wanted to personally thank you Sue for being so supportive for me. Sue you made me feel right at home and we were able to share a few laughs and our stories together. When I very first arrived to the spa this morning I was more then anxious to walk in however you saw me parking out the front and you called me to reassure me everything was going to be ok and it was way more then ok. I could not have asked for a more friendlier supportive experience. Thank you Nicole and Sue for being such 🥰🥰🥰wonderful humans.
