Appallingly bad service. A week after I ordered a transfer pump and after many phone calls, they told me it was 'lost in transit' and couldn't get one freighted for another two days. I had already explained that as my pump had failed, I had no water in my house so I was actually desperate. They made no attempt to offer any alternative solution or help me in any way. It wasn't a case of cost, I would happily have paid more for another pump but no attempt was made to find a solution. I eventually sourced the same pump elsewhere, received it within 36 hours from interstate and it was almost half the cost, including freight! In speaking with other people that have had dealings with this company, I have learned that this is not an isolated experience. I would NOT recommend.

John is one of the good guys. He was onsite within a day of my pump shutting down - replaced the pump with minimal fuss and cost and made sure I had no taps running before he turned it all back on so I didn’t waste water.
