My name is Naomi Jamieson and I am a graduate of The Australian Institute of Professional Counsellors and am registered to practice under the Australian Counselling Association. I am very excited to open my own counselling practice here on the beautiful Sunshine Coast in Queensland. My hope & purpose is that through the counselling process I will be able to help people to love more deeply, live more passionately and journey more freely. I believe in humanistic theory, which means I believe that people are fundamentally good and have a desire to reach their full potential in life, but for varying reasons, sometimes require a little help to do so. I use a number of therapeutic techniques such as Gestalt Therapy, Person Centred Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy and Narrative Therapy to help you to see your thoughts and feelings more clearly and to find your own solutions.
