The BEST Hypnotherapy in Boolaroo NSW

I can't thank Doug enough for what he has done for me. He's lifted my spirits, my self confidents, helped me away from my negative thoughts and showed me I am able to start thinking of myself for me and to start living my life for myself. I'm now a very happy thinking person and its all thanks to Doug,

Ive tried all kinds of therapy and counselling- but Essy just clicked for me. Her kind heart and empathetic nature make her such a beautiful support person. She has introduced me to Reiki, hypnosis and regular counselling. Her hypnosis work makes you feel super safe, which was a really big concern of mine, but I always feel really comfortable and at home in her office. I highly recommend Essy for anyone struggling to find what works for them- Essy has helped me turn my life around in so many ways ❤️
