Unquestionably the best yoga studio in Cairns. I have been attending yoga , sound healing and breath work for over 7 years here and it's truly my sanctuary. Have the best teachers , a large number of classes available and a beautful welcoming , supportive vibe. I have found my tribe here and made life long friends including with Jay who owns the studio . I recently went to Bali on a yoga retreat hosted by Jay and it was transformational. He doesn't just simply teach yoga but shares authentically his passion and wisdom of the spiritual, physical, emotional and mental benefits of Yoga. I definitely feel the strong connections with others , benefits from yoga and other modalties they offer have been an integral part of my wellbeing, healing and growth. Thankyou 💗
