Our yoga studio is located in the heart of Edge Hill Village. At Hridaya Yoga Academy, we believe that yoga develops a strong and flexible body, a clear mind and an ability to move more easily through life. We focus on building strengths and flexibility on the physical, mental and spiritual levels, opening heart to the unknown and finding balance and harmony in life. Through yoga practice we open our hearts to the unseen and help each other to become the best we can be. Yoga is about You, not your age, neither your flexibility, religion or size. Yoga helps us to come to a deeper, richer understanding of our self. Our Yoga Academy offers variety of yoga classes per week. The individual private therapy classes, chair yoga classes and workplace yoga classes are also available on request. What is �Hridaya'? Hridaya literally means a SPIRITUAL HEART - centre of the intuition, the �Self'. �When we steady our breath we feel the steadying of our thoughts. Then the thoughts turn inward and melt away at a point. Watching this point, where the thoughts vanish, will also help us to merge ourselves in the Hridaya.�
