Boreen Point Yoga Studio was founded in 2009 and provides a safe and supportive environment to learn and practice Yoga. Meredith Doddrell is a fully qualified and registered Yoga instructor, and has been teaching in the local area since 2000. She teaches with an emphasis on correct alignment, using Iyengar principles and props. People of all ages and fitness levels are welcome. Group Classes: Small class size ensures students receive personal attention and assistance and that the practice can be modified to suit the individual. Classes are suitable for beginners and the experienced student. Private classes provide an opportunity for the student to be guided individually, with a program that suits their personal requirements. Yoga Therapy for specific ailments is a priority.

Aerial Arts Academy has something for the entire family with classes starting from 18 month olds through to adults. We offer AntiGravity Yoga for adults, AntiGravity Fitness for Kids from 5 years and Teens, Aerial silks for ages 8- adults, Fun Stream Dance in Ballet, Jazz & Hip Hop, Tap, Acrobatics for ages 5+ AND Ready Set Dance Preschoolers for ages 2-5 years!! We also have a Mummy/Daddy and Me classes starting from 18 months old. There is so much fun to have for everyone with affordable prices in a pressure free family environment!
