Iyengar Yoga At Elizabeth Valley Yoga and Massage you'll get fit, flexible and strong. We offers yoga classes taught in the Iyengar tradition. Week by week students will be guided through a structured sequence of postures (asanas) and breathe control (pranayama) designed to develop flexibility, strength, and improve general well-being. Students lacking flexibility will be aided by the use of various pieces of equipment known as props.
