BEST Hot Water Systems in Nerada QLD 4860

Worst customer service ever. I run a real estate business and had booked these people to do a gas cert which is required by law for rental properties. I not only had the keys driven from cairns to Innisfail to have there for them, I had to drive 45 min each way to pick them up, all around the day they had said and booked for the job. Only to find out that they didn't even go do the job or consider ringing to let me know. When I had to chase up if the job had been done the girl on the phone was so rude and even hang up when I said that was bad and why couldn't have someone called. Would never ever recommend and would suggest that the girl answering the phone look up customer service.

Contacted Chizzos Plumbing to discuss some potential work as we are Electricians in the area. Found them to be extremely friendly and professional.

Brendan & his assistant Tyrell installed a new bathroom vanity, rerouted the plumbing for a double basin & installed 2 Caroma toilets for us. They were on time, professional, polite, courteous & knew what they were doing. The finished job exceeded our expectations. Could not be happier with our new bathroom.
