Saw the other reviews and had to mention they have been fine for me. Ordered a propane burner and it turned up about a week later. Comms are not great compared with e.g. Amazon but they do get the job done.

Fast ,efficient , and most important, explained to me in terms I could understand. A 3 year warranty, not 30 months like most other places. Big bonus was the price.
