Saw the other reviews and had to mention they have been fine for me. Ordered a propane burner and it turned up about a week later. Comms are not great compared with e.g. Amazon but they do get the job done.

These guys really have major internal issues if they can't refund an item once its ordered and not shipped. They don't keep anything in stock so if your order online your stuck waiting for the goods even if its weeks later! Asking for a refund because Gasweld cant fulfill the order is not changing your mind! Never have I complained about another business but for the stubbornness you guys have shown others need to know how bad the experience has been.

Claimed they had it in stock and would ship within 1-2 days. Later inform me they are waiting for there supplier to send it to them refused a refund saying it's not there fault I changed my mind. After 3 and a half weeks still haven't sent what I ordered. Do not use them

Spent $700 on Gasweld's online shop, was told goods ship in 1-2 business days, at 6 day mark, ring to get a tracking number, not sent yet!!! Ring at 8 days not sent yet!!! Job I ordered tools for has come and gone. Still have not received what I purchased.
