Ordered flowers to be sent on 31/12/21 which was confirmed by email. Discovered today (1/1/22) that they hadn't been sent. So went to my email (which I do not check every day) to find the order form - to discover an email telling me that my payment had been refunded & the order cancelled with NO EXPLANATION OR APOLOGY. A phone call to alert me to this cancellation with some sort of reason & apology would have been appropriate. I could then have used another florist. It was VERY IMPORTANT that these flowers be received. Completely unreliable & nil service - worst I have ever experienced with any florist. Needless to say I won't be using this florist again.
I received the most beautiful flower arrangement on 12 th August from Blooms! A week later they are still stunning and the perfume in my living room from the flowers still going ! Thanks so much , Maggie Howard in Noosaville
