Purchased our new BBQ here some months ago and the after care service provided here has been outstanding. We have had a couple of small issues and they have been very keen to have it all sorted. The answer is, they wont answer the phone or return calls to give you a chance to close your account. Elgas coolum by far the worst sunshine coast buisness I have ever dealt with.
