Last Friday I ran completely out of gas, silly I know but these things happen, after ordering an urgent delivery online I called the Sunshine Coast centre to see if they could assist. The lady at the call centre was very abrupt and quiet rude telling me they would get there when they could. I was thrown by the attitude and asked what I was to do about bathing or cooking for the estimated 4 day wait. It wasn’t until the Monday when I checked the app that I saw that my order had been canceled. Getting pretty upset by that stage I reordered and made another call. I waited online for 20min to get a lovely lady in the New Zealand who apologised for the mess and said she would contact the Sunshine Coast centre to see what could be done. Well I got a text message saying they would get to me ASAP and another when I checked the app they delayed my delivery for another week. What on earth Elgas this is the worst service ever.

I had an elgas tank 2 years ago,it leaked so i returned it.Now every april i recieve a bill for $90 dollars for 2 cylinders for which i dont have.Try calling all you get is music,no pickup just music,poorly operated indeed.

The answer is, they wont answer the phone or return calls to give you a chance to close your account. Elgas coolum by far the worst sunshine coast buisness I have ever dealt with.

My gas ran out on Monday the 28/05/18 which means no cooking, no hot showers, no hot water. We have rang them multiple times during the Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and now Saturday morning the 02/06/18 and still nothing when they said it will be here Friday the 1/06/18. We spoke to the operator over the phone yesterday afternoon and they said Saturday 02/06/18 at 6.30am and the only excuse they could come up with is all their trucks have broken down it's not good enough and it's still not here. Every time we said it was urgent as we have twin boys and we can't cook anything on the gas hot plates or give them a hot shower or bath we have just been pommy washing the last few days. We are really not happy with this service and this is our first time since living at this place we have ordered gas and we have only been here a year and will be going with another service from now on.

After 14 years with Elgas I am not happy with the service for the first time. I ordered a gas bottle from your Coolum outlet and I was told it would be here Wednesday or Thursday. It is now Friday and I have been told by your Melbourne office that there is no order yet when I called the lady on the phone told me my address as she said my number came up when I called. I have been told that now I can't speak to anyone until Wednesday! Due to circumstances out of my control I could not order one earlier but I had enough gas to last anyway. Really bad service and not happy at all!!!!!!
