I love this shop. My mum and I used to order heaps of things from here, we even had things made to order. We even used to design items ourselves and send off to them and in a couple of days we had a quote for the item. I can't fault them in any way. They offer great service and the staff are always treat you like family. I would recommend them to every one

Recently we purchased some beds from Domain Warrawong. We would like to commend the delivery contractors for outstanding service. They did a terrific job, were polite and it was a pleasure to business with them. Kerrin & Warwick

Click & collect? Ha! They took my $450 then left me hanging! I patiently waited 3 hours before calling to find out why i still hadnt heard anything. The store hadnt even received my order! I had to contact the online via whatsapp or messenger (wtf?) where i was told by a bot that id be assisted soon. 4.5 hours later, still nothing! So now i get to waste another day tomorrow chasing my order! I knew should have gone to bing lee. Pathetic!!! So much for being a loyal customer! Never again!!

Highly recommend Mega Furniture as your go to place for furniture needs. The owner is kind, honest, reliable and responsive. Thank you Sam and your team. You guys are amazing! Wish I could give you more than 5 stars.
