Recently we purchased some beds from Domain Warrawong. We would like to commend the delivery contractors for outstanding service. They did a terrific job, were polite and it was a pleasure to business with them.

After shopping around & deciding to go with Bill at Domayne, we purchased our new Bosch D/W. Paid to have it delivered and installed with the old one removed. All of that went well, till we tried to use it. NO GO. After much mucking around we gave up & called the 24/7 Bosch service line.
We were informed the "Error 20" needs a technician to fix it. So not happy with this.
Called Bill the next morning, the installer delivery man Yuran came quite late the Wednesday afternoon. Yuran saw that his installation was correct. He called Domayne to let them know, to which he put me on the phone to have my options explained to me. I to & froed with a certain person with the initial "B", who proceeded to let me know Domayne didn't need our money. I once again started searching for a new D/W, I will just get my money back.
After my research I went to D & spoke to Bill who did an upgrade match of a Bosch D/W. If not for Bill, Yuren & Cody who delivered & installed the D/W. I would have left D w

Incompetent delivery contractors

0 stars. This is the worst, most incompetent service I have received in a long time. Short storyâ€”Purchased fridge with delivery, installation and removal of old fridge, incompetent delivery people not able to get it through a gap that is easily big enough, arguing with my wife about removing old fridge as agreed, leaving packaging on the front lawn and generally carrying on like 2 incompetent people. Not happy Jan.
Long storyâ€”I thought that spending a bit more here would ensure good service. I was wrong.
Purchased fridge last Sunday, other retailers were offering free delivery, installation and removal of your old fridge so I spoke to the Domayne salesman and he said he will match that offer. Again before I paid, I confirmed they would deliver, install, remove old fridgeâ€”salesman again agreed and delivery was arranged for the following Monday while my wife was home. Cue Monday morning, I received a call from my wife saying it does not fit through the door. I sugg
