Situated in a very quiet location and certainly not a resort. Very good value for a base location to explore the Tweed and surrounds. Very happy and accommodating owners. Amazing river views out the front and a wonderful Tavern just a 10 minute walk along the river bank.

Their personal service is magnificent, and the food is outstanding.

Driving through Kyogle for work 19-815. Bought a coffee from Peter's Food Hall, one of the best long blacks I have had for a long time. Service was excellent and friendly.Well done ladies.

Just wow. This hotel is unbelievable for the best meals at even more unbelievable prices. Took my whole family here for a few meals while on holiday at Brunswick Heads. Came across it by accident when looking around the town of Mullumbimby.What a find. The meals would equal a five star restaurant the way they are presented just not with the high price.The kids devoured their $7.50 meals saying they were the best they have had. I intend to drive back many kilometres every now and then just to eat here. Congratulations on a well run restaurant, also to the chefs .The whole retro theme was fantastic too. Lots of rooms to pick to eat in without being on top of anybody else.

Five of us had dinner at Mel's on Broadway last Sunday. Great little club restaurant, beautiful food, steak cooked to perfection, best chips in the Tweed, beautiful fresh salad with just the right amount of dressing, great pasta. We all enjoyed our meals. Staff were friendly and courteous. For a little country club it was excellent value for money.
