Byron Bay Pork & Meats Butchery has been in production for more than 15 years, owned and operated by the pioneering Singh Family, been farming the Northern Rivers since 1897. We supply guaranteed hormone and antibiotic free, prime pork cuts to specialty butchers and award-winning restaurants in the Northern Rivers, Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne areas. Our Berkshire and Berkshire-cross pigs are renowned for superior marbling characteristics, producing deliciously juicy and tender pork cuts. Our pigs are hand raised in eco pens, incorporating best work practices and animal health standards on four of our farms to guarantee hormone and antibiotic free, premium quality and taste. I'm sorry to have to do this but everytime I've brought meat from this butcher it's either been off or smells like chemicals. I've rang them on a few occasions and explained how the fowl smell of meat and slimy meat turns me off . Once offered a replacement since then I repeatedly get sold smelly off meat. Absolutely done and the prices you charge is pathetic given its never fresh meat. Also never a expiry date and if there is I have asked why you sell meat past expiry only to be told that's the packed date not expiry. I call bull! Will not purchase meat again from.this place!

I can not recommend this business enough. Friendly service & consistently great meat. Grateful to have such a good butchery close by.
