The couple operators are the icing on the cake (or the salt on the chips) when you purchase their product. An impeccable little business. These new owners of fourteen months have improved remarkably what was already a quality operation. Their offerings are many and of the best, best, best quality. Their cooking professionalism and freshness of ingredients says it all. Their premises, their interesting little extras and their personal presentation is second to none. A spot on little show worthy of support .

We held our 50th birthday here last weekend. Kowan (business owner) & Billie (events organiser) were both professional and fabulous to work with. They took care of everything very easily. The delicious food they prepared and served couldn't have been better and there was plenty of it. The flexible space is perfect for a large party. We booked a wonderful local DJ called Jomeca. Can't recommend The Benchmark at Hawks Nest highly enough for a wonderful place to book a special event - birthday, wedding etc. A very big thank you to Kowan, Billie & your great team and Jomeca for making everything perfect for our special occasion.

I just love this place. I had lunch at Coopernock Hotel again but this time on a Wednesday and it was quite busy and I can see why. There was a great selection of dishes on the menu and the prices were very reasonable. The staff were friendly and delivered our steak sandwiches to our table outside. Great vibe.

This place has been one of my favorites for over fifteen years now... Great quality pub food, beautiful views, friendly staff and lovely atmosphere...Very family friendly.
