Mod Thai Shoal Bay, we eat in and we have take away. Food always so yummy. Staff excellent and welcoming. I bought the chicken and beef fried rice for xmas luncheon and comments were “ did you make that, it’s the best I have ever eaten” of course I confessed I bought it.

Terrible customer service & the pizza is just as bad. We paid for 4 pizzas and even paid a substantial extra amount for extra cheese and toppings. We have local family so we have had them before and when we arrived to pick up the pizzas they had the same disappointing amount of toppings on them, despite paying extra. The lady at the counter then asked us if we were “locals or from Sydney” because “if we weren’t locals it didn’t matter that we paid extra”. We were shocked she said this. Why should that matter?! I actually asked her why it matters and whether our money isn’t as good or something. To which she started raising her voice telling us to get out of the shop! So don’t go here if you appreciate good quality food because you won’t find it here, they are stingy with toppings. And if you are not local don’t go here either because they will openly discriminate against you.
