At A Ray of Fitness we specialise in giving you that unique experience of Personal Training within a small group of no more than 10 people. The same techniques that are now being taught to the U.S. Army, FBI, DEA, Secret Service and many more elite military and law enforcement agencies around the world. As well as learning a proven method of self defence, training in Gracie Jiu Jitsu and Mixed Martial Arts will boost your strength, conditioning, flexibility and general health levels to their peak. Competition is completely optional for any student, but for those looking to test themselves we successfully train competitors in Grappling Tournaments and Mixed Martial Arts events.
