Asked at 10.30am for some stitching to repair a bag and was told it would be completed tomorrow. When I explained it was for my elderly mother (who is unable to call up to collect it) was told that they were ‘too busy’ to do today. So I sat at The Coffee Club and observed the kiosk working texting on his phone and leaning against the counter for the next 30 minutes - and served one customer a key cut. Really poor attitude, really poor customer service … just really poor

I highly recommend CTR Trophies, Gifts & Engraving. It was great communicating with Jamie during the progress of work. We arranged a perpetual award in memory of our mother who was an art teacher that they arranged. The product was of good quality and the design was unique. The prices were very reasonable too.
