We arrived into Rockhampton Sunday afternoon with serious brake issues on the van. I received a response to my email Sunday and they made time for us Monday morning. They identified the problem and organised with another business to assist us. Thanks to their efforts we were on the road again within a day. We are very grateful for the genuine assistance offered.

I accidentally hit the wrong review star on the previous go at writing a review. This is a 5 Star mechanical service. Whilst refuelling my Land cruiser, I put 90 ltrs of petrol in, instead of diesel. Luckily I picked up my error before starting the engine. My family was travelling late on a Sunday afternoon & he was the only A/hrs mobile mechanic, that actually answered his phone & was prepared to help. Even without his work Ute a quick phone call to his father, to assist & help us to get back on the road to continue our journey. I cannot thank them both enough for going out of there way in fixing my error. RACQ would only tow us with our camp trailer to a centre to possibly fix the next day, with accommodation etc. No mechanic’s must exist anymore, like in the old days with RACQ to fix anything & get you back on the road. All they appear to be now is tow truck operators? His mannerisms & work ethic are terrific 10/10. I highly recommend.
