I have found the whole team to be very professional and can always be relied on to get the job completed in a short time frame. They have always provide me with great service.

The work was done well, and quickly. The guys who came were good, and the initial quote reasonable. Work was for an outdoor outlet to be replaced, the guys let me know it wasn't a standard outlet so to replace it would be costly, so opted to stick with the standard one they brought (and quoted). However on the second call I was told I'd need two installed, side by side. When I asked how much extra I was told only the cost of the extra outlet. I received the bill and it had extra labour tacked on bringing it to over $200 labour for less then an hours work. They're rates are $130.62 an hour, but fter a number of emails and phone calls they're only response to the additional labour charge was because there was additional work. We won't be using them again because of this.

I met with Steve today and it seems like customer service, quality workmanship and keeping the prices down for his customers are his priority. Nice bloke.
