Patons were called out to our rental to observe and replace 3 fans. (9 days later and then waited until agreed time to call and say they were rescheduling)
Whilst here the 2 techs stated the fans were cheap and nasty and that all 3 needed to be replaced. totally agree.
All of a sudden it had changed however, now only one fan is to be replaced because apparently the office didn't allocate enough time to do a proper walk through because they are to booked out (her words). Try to talk to the office is like pulling teeth with such a lovely rude, condescending young lady who changes her story every two seconds. Had high hopes with these ones but unfortunately delivered an absolute joke instead.
should also add, I asked if they would come back and I would already have the fans running for them and they said no.
