We now offer a cattery and full time groomer too. Toxicities and viruses is a scary topic, but our staff can detect an issue and help your pet.

Proserpine Veterinary SurgeryHow amazing are these people? A short-term visitor had to be extended without notice and other than a check-in call to see if everything was ok, these people made things happen for myself and my friend without so much as a whisper of frustration. Very reasonably priced, clean and tidy, giving me no reason to complain whatsoever. Toured their facilities briefly on drop-off- everything was clean, friendly with a calm and happy-go-lucky environment. Extra credit for them having a great sense of humour when things were a struggle on my end. Ben & Lucy, you are true gems and are amazing!! Charters Towers is SO lucky to have you. Our visit was after a friend's recommendation after having had their puddytat there and highly commending them for having 'real' cat toys like boxes, secure shelves and plenty of hiding spots with regular human interaction. 1000/10
