“Leo always comes home happy and well rested. Once he didn’t even seem that keen to come home. We’ve used other places around the area and he always comes home looking a little traumatised. He’s a gentle soul but they seem to get him here. We always try to book ahead to ensure we get a space here.”

Sanlay Boarding Kennels no longer exist they are a plant nursery now. I wish you would update. I rated them at 5 because that is what they were when they existed.

K9 River RetreatHow amazing are these people? A short-term visitor had to be extended without notice and other than a check-in call to see if everything was ok, these people made things happen for myself and my friend without so much as a whisper of frustration. Very reasonably priced, clean and tidy, giving me no reason to complain whatsoever. Toured their facilities briefly on drop-off- everything was clean, friendly with a calm and happy-go-lucky environment. Extra credit for them having a great sense of humour when things were a struggle on my end. Ben & Lucy, you are true gems and are amazing!! Charters Towers is SO lucky to have you. Our visit was after a friend's recommendation after having had their puddytat there and highly commending them for having 'real' cat toys like boxes, secure shelves and plenty of hiding spots with regular human interaction. 1000/10
