Poor booking experience. Took me a week to get hold of someone after 45 minutes on hold, a callback request and 2 online appointment requests. Finally got through a week later after 15 mins on hold. Receptionist was exceptionally rude when I explained it had taken me a week to get hold of the service. No staff at the desk upon arrival at Williamtown for almost 5 minutes and then 3 finally all came out together. Once finally seen staff were lovley and my sonographer was amazing. Thank you. Bookings and arrivals need more care.

Very caring He is a wonderful endodonist I couldn't be more happy with the treatment I received He is very friendly and his staff too It was a positive experience and Mark's investigative tests and the image taken by the cone beam xray, at his endodontic practice was very useful in my diagnosis and eleviated my concerns I take this opportunity to thank him and his staff, and especially for his follow-up phone call, to see how I was, and my gum and teeth that I was concerned about
