You performed a colonoscopy on my sister 9th September 2014 and perforated the bowel. She was transferred to John Hunter and spent 10 days in intensive care. She was transferred back to Cessnock Hospital on 6th October and is still in very poor condition. She can't even stand up and is too weak to even feed herself. You didn't have the decency to enquire about her condition or speak to any family member. Add to the fact that you were not supposed to perform the operation in the first place. We received a phone call today 8th October, asking if she would like to make an appointment for a check up. Do you follow up on your operations? Doesn't look like it! You have caused so much anguish and sorrow to the whole family.
I was so concerned and worried going in for the procedure the staff and surgeon where just amazing talked calmly and explained step by step what was happening thanks so much for helping me get through x
My elderly mother has asked me to pass on her profound thanks for your recent surgery on her nose to remove a cancer spot. This was very traumatic for her. She was concerned about certain scarring but it's hardly noticeable. The skin graft improved her appearance and confidence.
