Featured Reviews of the Best Dentists in Newcastle

4.7 Average Rating based on 101 reviews from 40 Dentists near Newcastle

I have been to other dentists in the past and, not surprising, it was never a pleasant experience. Having John work on my teeth has changed that completely. He is pleasant, considerate, absolutely professional and has the ability to carry out dental work with the minimal amount of discomfort. I now live over 1000k's away and if it wasn't for Covid -19 I would travel that distance. Nick Shein

Tomaree Dentistry

The most caring patient dentist I have ever been to. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I recently had to have a wisdom tooth removed and John did an excellent job not only of removing the tooth but of keeping me calm enough to go through with it! My son also goes to John after trying many dentists after a traumatic accident and he wouldn’t go anywhere else either. All of the staff here are lovely and welcoming. I can’t rate this dental practice highly enough.

Tomaree Dentistry

We have used the services provided by this dental surgery since 1979. In that time there have been three different teams. In my opinion Dr. Mathew Kurian, the current practitioner, is providing the best service. Due, in my younger days, to lack of fluorene and, the knowledge to use dental floss, my teeth are somewhat compromised. Dr. Kurian's repairs are timely, effective, durable and very fair value. I am very happy with his service.

Belmont Dental Surgery

Absolutely in love with the treatment I got at MFD. I got my braces on around christmas time in 2019 and got them off today! I’m beyond happy with how they turned and and recommend them 100% in every aspect. The staff make you feel at home and everyone is so nice. My teeth are straighter then ever and I genuinely wouldn’t go anywhere else. Thank you guys so much for fixing my confidence and giving me the worlds prettiest teeth x 10/10 recommend this dentist.

Macquarie Family Dental

Zac & Ben from Port Macquarie Removals & Storage were excellent in their assistance in moving our medical clinic over to our new location in Maitland. They went beyond the call of duty with their help and their customer service was excellent. Will be using again when needed. Thank you

Maven Dental Newcastle

I was recommend this Clinic from a friend, All I can say is dr Evans is awesome & the staff so friendly felt welcome as soon as I entered the clinic, my clean was amazing not only did I get a clean with warm water as I’m so sensitive it removed all my stain which I was concerned about, it was pain free!! Im so happy. The hygienist used a gel which showed me areas where my plaque still was. Never had this positive experience before. 10/10 for my clean best ever. And I left making my next clean appointment. Thanks complete dental

Need a dental clinic?

Dentistry, it's not just pulling teeth; it's art, science, and a dash of empathy all rolled into one. But in picturesque Newcastle, it takes on an interesting twist that can set your heart at ease.

Seeing a dentist, well, it's hardly anyone's idea of having a ball. It could be as nerve-racking as surfing the choppiest waves off the coast of Merewether Beach. So what makes dental work in Newcastle unique?

In this coastal city where the salt air meets your smile, dentists aren't just practitioners wielding a pick and mirror. They're more akin to navigators guiding you gently through each procedure. Whether it's merely a check-up or something more significant like root canal treatment or fitting dentures, they've got your back.

They say knowledge is power and in Newcastle, you'll never hear mum about what they're going to do to those pearly whites of yours! Walk into any dental practice here and you'll find transparency is as clear as the dazzling waters of Nobbys beach on a summer day. The procedure, why you need it and even 'going under the drill', everything is spelled out for you in plain 'Australian' with no random Latin phrases thrown in for good measure.

Moreover, these dentists have a knack for making patients feel comfortable. There’s an inherent warmth that diffuses anxiety quicker than one can say ‘fluoride’. It’s almost akin to sitting across from a mate over brekkie at Darby Street joints—soothing yet engaging.

Of course your oral health matters but good ol’ Newcastle knows there’s more beneath the surface. It’s important to keep our chompers bright and shiny for sure but one should never ignore gum health either; after all parting lips for a full beaming smile should come naturally!

In sum up folks , visiting your dentist in Newcastle isn’t about pulling out old pepper grinders or getting pins and needles down your spine. Thanks to their friendly approach blended with top-notch skills learned from years spent honing the craft, these professionals ensure that trips to get dental work done become less daunting endeavors!
