My first 8 sessions with Margot Broug. I felt completely welcomed, I felt safe, I felt heard. In every session I learnt something new about myself. I was able to connect to my physical body through Margots guided meditations. I was also able to connect to all my emotions at different times. I connected to my inner child and learned to accept her and her feelings. I was able to heal myself and all my relationships from the past and present. I have healthier relationships with my family and friends but mostly with myself. I was able to understand myself on a deeper level than I ever have before. I continually have breakthroughs that have a positive impact on my life and interactions with my world. I am safe and I am okay. I will continue to see Margot throughout my studies as she has guided me, enriched my life and given me permission to be myself and connect to my uniqueness. Thankyou Margot. I highly recommend Margot to anyone of any age that wants to understand themselves.

We personally experienced Audrey's understanding, insight and action. Our son who was slowly recovering from severe depression knew he needed to speak out to remove the stigma associated with depression and mental illness. Audrey organised two public seminars, one at our Church, and later at the Club Forster auditorium. Professor Gordon Parker, the Executive Director of The Black Dog Institute and our son, Graeme, were the speakers at Club Forster, Audrey was the MC, and over 500 people attended from around the district. The Question and Answer times, moderated by Audrey, were incredible. Professor Parker congratulated Audrey for her initiative and believed the Seminar a great success. Privately he said to us "lives will be saved today".

Ive tried my best to leave a review that truly reflects the great service I have received from Essy K, though Im only given 1000 characters to do so. If you are reading this & youre looking for a counsellor or even just someone to talk to, I strongly & higly recommend Essy K. I refuse to go else where. This beautiful lady is kind hearted, compassionate, professional, understanding with a broad range of knowledge & skills that anyone would want within a counsellor. Essy K has supported me & helped me tremendously over the years especially with mindset, resilience, patience, understanding, problem solving & guiding & forming me into a better version of myself. Moving through grief, 14 year relationship breakdown with 2 daughters, divorce, separation, trial proceedings, plus a few other things I'll leave out. Essy K gave me support, guidance and comfort in my darkest hours, no words can truly make a review to what I have experienced. I'm giving 5 stars because I wasn't able to give more.

I can't recommend Essy K enough. I would make an appointment when I felt like things were getting a bit too much, and I would honestly walk away feeling like a different person. I felt calm, clear and content, which was amazing to feel. Essy is a gorgeous person inside and out. She has such a calming energy, where you immediately feel relaxed in her presence. She is super easy to talk to and can make you feel like you've known her for a long time.....even if you've just met. If you're reading this do yourself a favour and book now!
