Grant (?) sounded great on the phone. He quoted a reasonable cost for the building inspection and also gave me a bit of background history, which was really interesting. Unfortunately another buyer beat me to purchasing the property so I haven't been able to use his services yet, but as soon as something else suitable becomes available I'll be calling Barling Constructions to do the inspection. You can't beat local knowledge in my humble opinion!
