Billy is a perfectionist and it shows in the quality of his work, his attention to detail and design ideas are second to none. Billy has built two decks at our home, the most recent one in Eco Decking off our back entrance and around our spa, well designed with a darker border around the edges resulting in both high quality design and workmanship. We could not be happier with the service and price, we highly recommend BetterBuilt Patio & Decking to anyone wanting a well designed deck area at their home.

BetterBuilt Patios are the real deal. Billy was really responsive when we required the initial quote and he maintained his excellent communication throughout the whole process. Often tradies can just go missing or not turn up BUT with Billy he was working his guts out on site and if ever there was a real. Why he couldn’t make it in he always let me know. (2 times). Billy’s workmanship is second to none. His knowledge and meticulous attention to detail are everything you want in a builder. Further to knowing his stuff, showing up when he said he’d show up and being very reasonable and upfront in his quoting, Billy is just a solid dude who was always up for a chat and a laugh, super cruisey guy, nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend BetterBuilt Patios if you want a quality patio and a quality dude to build it for ya.
