Unprofessional as had a pricelist with a voucher & was charged latest in shop. No explanation given. Suggest including timeperiod on vouchers so customers are aware of when prices change. Leo's customer approach was not friendly.

Further to my review of some months ago where l was completely dissatisfied with the service l had received. I was contacted by the new owners who were very nice and wanted to compensate me over the treatment l had. This certainly made up for the bad service l received from the previous owners. As l live on the Gold coast and would not be able to go into the salon. The new owner gave me a refund for what had happened. This was very generous and I truly appreciated it. So if l ever go to Mt. Isa again l will certainly visit the Sanctum. All the best there. Ros Holmes
