Further to my review of some months ago where l was completely dissatisfied with the service l had received. I was contacted by the new owners who were very nice and wanted to compensate me over the treatment l had. This certainly made up for the bad service l received from the previous owners. As l live on the Gold coast and would not be able to go into the salon. The new owner gave me a refund for what had happened. This was very generous and I truly appreciated it. So if l ever go to Mt. Isa again l will certainly visit the Sanctum. All the best there. Ros Holmes

I wanted to try something new and inventive for getting rid of my chin hairs. Sam was wonderful and made me feel absolutely comfortable and she is so easy to work with. The results also speak for themselves. Even after the first treatment with the laser there was a visible difference. Thank you
