Ruedisima Latin Dance Co is a Latin dance company based in Sydney and Newcastle, Australia, running classes and workshops in Puerto Rican Salsa, Cuban Salsa, Argentine Tango, Bachata, Rueda, and other latin dance forms, such as Cumbia, and Merengue. The Ruedisima performance group wows audiences with high class, professional latin dance shows combining stunning movement, exciting choreography and attractive costumes. We run classes in Sydney (CBD and Surry Hill), Adamstown Uniting Church (228 Brunker Rd Adamstown), Senior Citizens Centre (153 Brunker Rd Adamstown ) and Wesley Hall (152 Beaumont St, Hamilton). We have 15 years dance experience and are well known throughout the Sydney and Australian Salsa and Tango scene. Ruedisima performers have appeared on television as well as in prominent Salsa festivals, International Tango Events and continue to develop their extensive dancing and teaching skills.

Dancers come to The Dance Gallery because we're different from �regular' dance studios. We understand that you as a high school kid need an afternoon out with friends. We are Newcastle and the Hunter's ONLY dance studio dedicated to high school age dancers and young pre-professionals. At Bella's Pole Studio, we combine a perfect mix of strengthening, toning, stretching and cardio, all for a phenomenal full body workout. We build your strength gradually by incorporating strength and flexibility training into the floor work portion of all our levels of classes. All classes are designed for women ONLY and are for all ages (must be over 16), shapes, sizes and fitness levels. There are 8 week courses, private training and free information and viewing sessions (week 8 of each term). We have beginner, intermediate and advanced classes to help you grow from one level to the next. Classes are housed in a beautiful, fully air-conditioned and carpeted dance studio in Morisset (easily located off the F3 Freeway). We promise a safe, friendly, non-sexual environment with NO spectators or nudity. We also have a small creche area that will enable you to bring your young children along to class.
