Very disappointed with curtain wonderland, I had them quote for blinds on a bifold door and a bifold window, decided to proceed but once the installer came out they had only ordered one of the blinds and tried telling me that they never measured and quoted one of the windows. They definitely did though. I had to call and organise installed to come out (they were suppose to call me) it was over a week since paying remaining balance and hadn’t heard anything. I then had to pay an extra $300 on top of what I’d already paid to get the extra blind. I wouldn’t have proceeded if I knew it was going to cost this much. I am still waiting for my second blind to arrive and it’s taking longer then they promised. In total it has been 4months since paying deposit. Extremely annoyed and wouldn’t recommend them or use them again.
