Fabulous, prompt, efficient service. We had our carpet quoted, ordered and delivered within a week. Even though our order was only for 2 rooms, service was still professional and efficient. Have used twice now and would use again without hesitation.

I recently purchased new carpet from Carpet One. Their quote was the best of three I obtained and the entire house was completed in one day in a most efficient, professional and courteous manner. I am delighted with the result and would recommend Carpet One to anyone considering the purchase of new floor covering.

I found Carpet One Newcastle whilst trying to find some cost effective solutions for recarpeting a little bedroom in our house that badly needed a revamp, the carpet had water damage and wasn't properly laid. Johnna and the team at Carpet One were very helpful at finding a solution and we're so happy with the results! (See before and after) Would highly recommend them!!!

Terry, we couldn't be happier with the overall outstanding service given by you and also your Carpet One team at Adamstown Heights.
Darryl, Luke and Hayden were professional and proud of their work. We thank them for removing and replacing heavy items of furniture, which proved no problem to the three of them. After removing our old carpet they had to lay a large floor area, managing to ensure the best joins in the carpet we have ever had.
Terry, thank you so much for your friendly approach, expert advice and competitive quotation. We are so pleased that we did talk to you about getting some new carpet. Must say we are also extremely happy with the smart vinyl planks. Wow! You excelled!

We went to Carpet One based on a referral and we were not disappointed. Johnna was very helpful in guiding us with our selection and Terry was prompt in coming to measure up and providing us with a quote. We recently purchased carpet through this company. Their price was good, and their customer service was great. The 2 young men who installed the carpet were friendly, professional and efficient. I can't praise them highly enough - they truly were marvellous. We are extremely happy with our new carpet. All our dealings with this company have been a pleasure and I would recommend them to anyone.

New flooring

Extremely happy I chose Carpet One to replace my faithful 30 year old cork tiles. From the measuring up and expert advice on choosing the best product for my imperfect floor, to the professional and friendly boys who did all of the hard work including happily moving and replacing larger pieces of furniture, I am one very happy customer. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Carpet One for an excellent job.

Well it will be off to Carpet One for a couple of items tomorrow, they are doing the carpet for the new home and have to pick, and 2 they can now also do the blinds for the house as well great work guys had no idea you had blinds looking forward to ticking a few off cheers.
