CrossFit Newcastle is a training facility that uses constantly varied functional movement performed at high intensity. We cater to all levels of fitness, whether you're a special forces operator, professional athlete, active sports person or a full time mum. Siege Fitness is offers thoughtfully programmed group strength and conditioning classes to Thornton and surrounding suburbs. We pride ourselves in filling "The goldilocks zone" of gyms. We aren't CrossFit, but we program and coach our training properly, more so than you'd experience at a circuit or bootcamp style gym.
