I'd like to thank Rebecca for her kindness and promptness with the whole process. She had everything sorted very quickly (much quicker than other services) and I think this is one of the most important things when it comes to loved ones as I believe you can't put a price on dignity and them returning back home rather than being left somewhere else.

When Dad went into care, Mum had to nominate a funeral home, after doing her research and realising that she did not want to use one of the generic big funeral parlours, Mum rang Artisan Funerals and spoke to Karen. We are so glad that we found Karen, she has been caring and compassionate in our time of sorrow. The funeral she assisted us to organise was beautiful and a testimony to Dad's life, Karen seemed to be able to understand our needs before we did.
